Vendors serving food will be asked to provide proof of insurance.

Vendor fee is $50 which includes 6’ table, power if needed and 2 chairs. Vendor fee is due by July 10, 2019. This will insure that all vendors are include in all festival print. Vendor fee can be paid via PayPal or check. *Please contact us if you are a returning vendor.

If you would like to set up the day before the festival we will arrange access to the firehall between 4PM - 7PM the evening of Friday, August 23, 2019.

By submitting you are certifying that your product or service is 100% vegan. Vendor fees are non refundable. You may also print out and mail to the address above. All registration forms are due by June 20, 2019.
